Thank you for staying with the ACPD meetings! We truly appreciate your continued interest and participation. Together we enjoyed an inspiring ACPD 2023 in Prague, and we are already looking forward to meeting you again at the next Auxins and Cytokinins in Plant Development Symposium.

The Institute of Experimental Botany of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic has a long tradition of organizing conferences dealing with plant growth substances. The first four international symposia were held in the baroque chateau of Liblice near Prague — remarkably, organized in times when scientific exchange was limited by the lack of freedom. This enduring spirit continued with six ACPD — “Auxins and Cytokinins in Plant Development” — meetings in Prague.

What is our formula for a successful meeting?

A focused topic, a reasonable number of participants, and an idyllic setting seem to be the ingredients for the success of previous symposia. In addition to the scientific program, there was ample opportunity for in-depth discussions with colleagues and friends in charming historical surroundings. We will try to maintain the same format for the next ACPD meeting.
